Policy Recommendations

CESP believes that a core objective of energy policy is provision of reliable, quality and affordable energy regardless of the source.

  • CESP understands that energy developments have shifted the geopolitical focus from dealing with energy scarcity to dealing with energy abundance.
  • CESP recognizes the multi-dimensional nature of the energy issue and its impact on the local, national and international level. This has implications for:
