Emily served as a CESP Student Fellow from 2021-2023. Emily Sharer graduated with her Master’s of Public Policy, with an emphasis in Counterintelligence, International Policy, and Energy Policy, from George Mason University in 2022. Emily earned her B.Sc. in Psychology and B.A. in Criminal Justice from Texas A&M University, and M.Sc. in Political Psychology of International Relations from University of Birmingham.
